Emily | Cinnamon&Citrus… This is my ice product with bergamot infused olive oil. To make your own infused oil, use a vegetable peeler to get the zest off of your bergamot in major huge strips (just the coloured element, not the white pith). Carefully warmth about one-2c olive oil in a saucepot until eventually just a handful of bubbles kind, then take away from the warmth and stir in the citrus peel. Allow steep for about thirty minutes before eliminating the peel.
